Most frequently asked questions
How long does the delivery take?
Your beats or drum kits are delivered automatically by the BeatStars system once the payment is successful, unless an issue occurs that requires manual handling. When paying with PayPal, delivery usually takes less than a minute.
Can I release my song on streaming platforms?
Yes. Both Lease and Exclusive licenses allow distribution on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and others within the terms of the license.
Please check your license type for usage limits.
What is the difference between a Lease and Exclusive license?
A Lease license allows multiple artists to purchase and use the same beat under specific usage limits (streams, sales, etc.). An Exclusive license grants you full commercial rights to the beat. Once sold exclusively, the beat is removed from the store and no new licenses are sold.
How fast do you respond to messages?
